Who we are. Asia Dive Holidays Sdn. Bhd. (company number 977397-T), No. 1-2-2B, 2nd Floor, Block B, Kolam Centre Phase 2, Jalan Lintas, 88300 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Travel agency licence KPK/LN 8399.

What we collect. When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, country, phone or WhatsApp number and resort preference you type into the form, plus any optional dates, party numbers and comments. Our server also records the page the enquiry came from, the time it was sent, and the IP address and browser it came from, which we use to filter automated submissions.

Why we use it. To reply to your enquiry, to prepare an itinerary and quote, and — if you go ahead — to make the bookings with resorts, boat operators and transfer providers on your behalf. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with. Only the suppliers necessary to arrange your trip — the resort, the dive operator, the transfer provider — and only once you have asked us to proceed. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.

Analytics and cookies. This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages help people plan a trip. Analytics cookies are set when you visit — there is no cookie banner to accept or decline. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach Google, we never sell data, and we do not use the data for advertising. If you would rather not be measured, your browser’s Do Not Track or cookie-blocking settings, or Google’s own opt-out add-on, will stop it.

How long we keep it. Enquiry emails are retained in our business mailbox. Booking records are retained as long as Malaysian tax and business record-keeping requirements demand.

Your rights. Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the enquiry form or call the office on +60 88 257669 and we will deal with it.

Security. The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries reach us by email; we do not store card details and this site takes no payments.
