Kota Kinabalu

Small, local, and reachable in GMT+8.

Four people work from the Kota Kinabalu office at Kolam Centre on Jalan Lintas, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT+8. All four are Sabahans, and each has more than fifteen years in Sabah tourism. One is a PADI Divemaster.

Three of the four work in English, Malay and the local languages of the coast; the fourth works in Chinese. Between them they answer the enquiries, hold the Sipadan permits and manage the transfers.

Clients receive one consistent point of contact for the entire trip — whoever quotes the itinerary is the same person who resolves anything that comes up during the stay.

Beyond the office, the trips are run by contracted specialists engaged trip by trip: bird guides, dive guides, Bajau Laut guides, boatmen, drivers, divemasters and instructors. They are booked for the dates you travel and for the kind of trip you have asked for.
